We know you’re excited to receive your package but please note that all orders must be signed for upon delivery and we are unable to accommodate requests for items to be left unattended.

Shipping Policy

Below is our shipping policy, crafted with care to ensure a smooth experience. 

Shipping Locations

We ship across Australia and select international destinations. If you have questions about shipping to your area, please feel free to reach out.

Shipment processing time:

Every package is thoughtfully prepared just for you. Orders are typically processed within one business day. If you order before midday, we aim to get it out the same day. After midday - we’ll ship the next business day. Please note that we only process orders on business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to help you follow your package’s journey to you.

Shipping Rates

To ensure transparency, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. 

Australian shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.90– Estimated delivery within 7 business days depending on your location.
  • Express Shipping: $17.95 up to 500g – Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days depending on your location.
  • Free shipping for product orders over $175.00

International shipping:

  • Standard International Shipping: $27.20- Estimated delivery within 10-15 business days depending on your location.

Delivery Times

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times, please understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, including weather or courier delays. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Order Tracking

After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. We encourage you to track your order so you can prepare for its arrival (remember, all packages must be signed for).

Lost or Damaged Items

It doesn’t happen often, but unfortunately, it does sometimes occur. MBD is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost in the shipping process. If you receive a damaged item, please take photos of it and keep the packaging and damaged goods. You will need to file a claim directly with Australia Post and take the products and packaging to your nearest post office.

Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction means the world to us. If you are not completely in love with your items, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, as long as it’s in its original condition. For more details, please visit our Returns Policy.

Customs, duties and taxes

My Bleeding Days is not liable for any customs or taxes that are applied to your order. Any additional fees imposed after the order (such as taxes and tariffs) are your responsibility.  

Warranty

We offer a 1-year warranty on our jewellery only, covering any quality-related issues that may arise during normal use. This warranty ensures that if you experience any defects in materials or craftsmanship within the first year of purchase, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you.

The 1-year warranty includes all quality-related issues:
  • Defective clasps
  • Broken jump rings
  • Faulty chain connections
  • Any manufacturing defects that impair the normal use of the jewellery

We are committed to providing high-quality products and stand behind the durability of our jewellery.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damages caused by general wear and tear, improper care, or accidental damage such as:
  • Scratches, dents, or discolouration from exposure to harsh chemicals
  • Damage resulting from mishandling, improper care or excessive force (for exemple a chain broken in the middle, a broken gemstone on a ring etc)
  • Any modifications made by third parties
