We know you’re excited to receive your package but please note that all orders must be signed for upon delivery and we are unable to accommodate requests for items to be left unattended.

Shipment processing time:
Every package is thoughtfully prepared just for you. Orders are typically processed within one business day. If you order before midday, we aim to get it out the same day. After midday - we’ll ship the next business day. Please note that we only process orders on business days.

To ensure transparency, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Australian shipping:
- Standard Shipping: $12.90– Estimated delivery within 7 business days depending on your location.
- Express Shipping: $17.95 up to 500g – Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days depending on your location.
- Free shipping for product orders over $175.00
International shipping:
- Standard International Shipping: $27.20- Estimated delivery within 10-15 business days depending on your location.

Warranty
We offer a 1-year warranty on our jewellery only, covering any quality-related issues that may arise during normal use. This warranty ensures that if you experience any defects in materials or craftsmanship within the first year of purchase, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you.
