The red agate gemstone symbolises individuality and power within our menstrual cycles. It promotes calmness, emotional balance, and improved blood circulation, helping with discomfort from heavy or irregular periods.
Wearing the bracelet on your left side is recommended to align with your feminine energy. However, you should wear it in a way that feels right for you.
'Althea' means 'healer' in Greek. The bracelet is designed to help heal the hurt from the loss of ritual around menstruation, as well as the shame and judgment associated with it.
Vera means ‘truth’. This piece is about honouring how we are feeling and speaking our needs. It’s about being true to ourselves and not brushing this time off as ‘hormonal’ or ‘crazy’. We are honouring the hard work of our body, understanding our hormonal drop and honouring the fact that we need, and deserve, support and care during these weeks.

Shipping
We ship across Australia and select international destinations. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, feel free to reach out to us for confirmation.
Orders are typically processed within one business day. If you order before midday, we aim to ship your package the same day. Orders placed after midday will be shipped the next business day.

Australian shipping timeframes are from 2 - 7 business days depending on your location. International orders may take up to 15 business days to arrive.
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
If your item is damaged during shipping, please take photos of the damage and keep the packaging. You’ll need to file a claim with Australia Post and visit your nearest post office with the damaged goods. My Bleeding Days is not liable for lost or damaged items during shipping.
No, My Bleeding Days is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. Any additional fees after your order is shipped are your responsibility.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not in love with your items, you can return them within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, as long as they are in their original condition. Please visit our Returns Policy page for more details.

Items must be returned in their original condition. This means they should not have been worn, altered, or damaged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product.
Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty on all of our jewellery. This warranty covers any quality-related issues, such as defective clasps, broken jump rings, and faulty chain connections. Please note that the warranty does not cover general wear and tear, improper care, or accidental damage.
If your jewellery experiences any defects within the 1-year warranty period, please contact us for repair or replacement at no additional cost. You’ll need proof of purchase to process the warranty.
The warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear, such as scratches or discoloration from exposure to harsh chemicals.
- Damage caused by mishandling or excessive force (e.g., broken gemstones, broken chains).
- Any modifications made by third parties.
Repairs
Our jeweller can repair items that are not covered under warranty. The cost will depend on the broken area, replacement pieces and time needed to repair it. Contact us on hello@mybleedingdays.com with images and info of the repair needed to get a quote.
