Product returns and refunds
We’re quite flexible when it comes to refunds and returns, but there are some rules to follow for certain items.
At My Bleeding Days we are here to support you with products designed to provide connection, care and support. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and ensure a simple, hassle-free return process.
Australian Consumer Law Guarantee
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for any product that is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match the description provided. This applies to all purchases made with us. Your rights are protected, and we are here to ensure you receive a product that meets your needs.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you’ve received a product that isn’t quite right, please let us know. For faulty items, or those that are incorrectly described, or not what you ordered, reach out to our team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as soon as possible. You can contact us via email at hello@mybleedingdays.com.au so we can help resolve this quickly for you.
How to Return a Product

Contact Us: Start by contacting our customer support team to discuss your issue and receive a return authorisation.

Prepare Your Return: Package your item securely and include your proof of purchase or order number. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Send it Back: Follow the return instructions provided by our team. We will cover the cost of return postage if the product is faulty or we’ve sent the wrong item. Outside of this you are responsible for postage costs.
Refunds and Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, our team will assess it to ensure it meets our returns criteria. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. If you’ve requested an exchange, we’ll get your new product out to you as quickly as possible.
